Peach Apricot Vodka Cocktail:
2 tablespoons apricot (or peach) jam
juice of half a lemon
2 shots vodka splash of soda
lemon, for garnish
mint, for garnish
Variations:
Raspberry Rum Cocktail:
2 tablespoons raspberry jam
juice of half a lemon
2 shots of white rum
fresh berries, for garnish
Blackberry Gin Cocktail:
2 tablespoons blackberry jam
juice of half a lemon
2 shots of gin
fresh blackberries, for garnish
Instructions
To make each cocktail, combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or small 8-ounce mason jar.
Shake the jars very VERY well to dissolve the jam.
Strain and pour over ice. Serve immediately with garnishes.
