Saturday, July 15 3 pm – 4:30 pm Everyone can dance but at Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park 6-10 year olds get lessons in merengue, tango, salsa, and swing steps.
Saturday, July 15 1 pm – 4 pm Join Ke Aloha Outriggers for an Outrigger Adventure on the Hudson River! After a brief instruction you will get onto the water in an Outrigger Canoe with six other paddlers where you will have a great view of New York City. All paddling equipment will be provided. Part of the City of Water Day Family Festival on the Hudson.

Sunday July 16 1 pm Family Woodland Hike at the NJ Botanical Gardens in Ringwood, NJ. An easy, child-friendly hike in the Garden’s woodlands, where you’ll learn a bit about the plants and animals around you in a hike designed to fit the group.
Now through September 4th 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Junior Paleontologists will REALLY dig Jack Horner’s Dino Dig at Liberty Science Center They’ll get to uncover massive dinosaur bones by digging through 35 tons of sand. Look for over 50 Late Cretaceous fossils, replicas of those discovered in Montana by Jack Horner, the famed paleontologist who inspired Jurassic Park.
