It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have to agree as I found that if I have a filling breakfast, I am less likely to have urges for unhealthy food at lunch time. It also boosts my mental energy throughout the morning.
I added overnight oats to the family menu. They are simple, tasty, and because it is prepared the night before, it makes a great morning meal. Steel cut oats are my favorite- here are the other options. I love to drizzle locally farmed honey along with other toppings.
