It was crabfest for the Hartshorns this week. Friends of ours caught over 40 crabs in traps and shared their bounty with us. They showed the kids how to clean and cook the tasty little things. Just steam them till the claws turn red. We had kids from 5 — 14 years old tucking into these local delicacies.
