Once again I did not get the family up to Quebec for the Ice Festival this year, but I did discover something happening in New Jersey which should entertain kids of every age (they even have an ice bar for cocktails). Skylands Ice World is running till Feruary 28th and looks like a lot of fun. There is a 50 foot ice slide, an ice cabin, and even a throne. It’s a bit of a drive but probably worth the trip.
