When I visited New Zealand earlier this year I rediscovered hard cider — a beverage of my youth — and some amazing boutique ciders. It seems that USA is doing the same. Twisted Limb Cider is made in New Jersey using local apples and honey and is delicious (approved by the office staff at our Friday @ 4pm happy hour).
